CHALLENGES THAT MADE ME CRY
By: LMK
Everyone faces challenges in life. It’s a matter of how you learn to overcome them to your advantage. Life is not easy for any of us. But it is a continual challenge and it is up to us to be cheerful and to be strong, so that those who depend on us may draw strength from our example. Throughout my life, I can’t forget the challenge I’ve experienced when I was in elementary. It was 7:00 pm when my father was brought to the hospital. I had witnessed it when he couldn’t breathe and suddenly collapsed. I can’t explain my emotions during that time. I wanted to shout and cry because I thought that was the ending of all. He stayed in the hospital for 3 days. My brothers including I were worried. We couldn’t even concentrate in our class. We visit him very 6:00 pm and we always brought him fresh fruits. We are still thankful because he survived. After 3 days, we brought him home. It was Saturday so I helped my mother preparing foods for my father. I also washed my father’s clothes. It was the only time where I realized how I love my father. My father was very king, understanding, caring, not so strict and hat I love about him the most is his generousity. Until now, I can’t forget that moment of my life. I have learned that we must show our love and respect to our loved ones while we are still alive.
